Two Theories for you;
1. The TARDIS is "dimensionally transcendental" so in not constrained by the limits of one universe such as Pete's universe and exposure to the void.
2. The TARDIS fell through a 'tear' as not a artificially created opening such as the hand held devices or void ship in The Age of Steel and Doomsday episodes, to get to the other universe so perhaps crossed the void at a different acceleration or exposure rate to the matter of the void itself.

Because not even the force of the void would be powerful enough to move the TARDIS. In the episode "Castrovalva", the Doctor is forced to eject 17,000 tons of mass from the TARDIS (which equates 25%), therefore to find the mass of the TARDIS pre ejection you times that figure by 4 and get a whooping 68,000 tons. This means that the TARDIS weighs 51,000 tons (and you try sucking 51,000 tons of mass!)

Because, in the heart of the TARDIS, which is a living power source, it has a power to stop it being sucked into voids like that.

Perhaps because the TARDIS is "dimensionally transcendental", meaning that its exterior and interior exist in separate dimensions, and the void was sucking stuff into it that existed in that one particular dimension, which is why the people in "Petes world" were not sucked into it.

Its obvious...... the tardis is unique; part of the time lords technology. As such it not only operates between dimensions, but time.
plus they must have put it through the carwash to get all that dimension dust stuff off - lol.
The real question is: Will watching it be the same without Rose?

If the Tardis was pulled into the void, there wouldn't be a show, now would there?

Maybe because there wasn't as much void-stuff on it since it only did the void travelling thing once?

Well, if we must pick this nit, then my suggestion to you is that since the TARDIS is alive, it sensed the potential danger and found a way to "anchor" itself somehow.
