I like to have smaller buttocks but I dont want other my bodies to be thine. what should I do?(no medical)

stand with legs apart- squeese buttocks , hold for few seconds, and then release- repeat 100 per day, and do this also with legs together- wow,this is a workout on it's own - it realy works !!

Well, if the diet and exercise don't work than the only other alternative is the Plastic Surgeon. Some fun, huh?

hey join the club I'm working on that....i mostly do alot of squats, side leg lifts and back and i use the medicine ball to works well
