I'm portuguese...and in TV says that the English don't like Portuguese !!!! is true? :S

Ticlo. The English hate ANYBODY that sticks it to them. They do HATE like Walls do ice-cream, any flavour as long as its frozen. the rest of us get on with our lives. Why not go with the idea that the rest of Europe loves Portugal for stuffing the brits in the World Cup?

The whole of england ccan't possibly hate all portuguese, but I think the majority of the english football fans are still smarting after the world cup. Don't worry they'll be hating some other country very soon!

I've met some really nice Portuguese people, they used to work in a coffee shop I go to and we would chat, smoke, drink coffee and have a good laugh ... Those were the days!

well the other question you asked where is portugal?, so you knew, well they are one of the poorest country in europe, its extremely too small, and b4 it was all Spain,but some stupid spanish king gave it away under the order of pope, otherwise it would all be now all spain.,
i dont think its true about the english not liking portuguese, is it about the football thing?

No - just a football thing. I like the Portuguese people - just don't like Ronaldo. He's always had a reputation for diving in games.

The Portugese people I've met have been lovely. Worked with a Portugese girl for a few years and she was great, also one of my families' closest friends is Portugese. I don't think that the English particularly hate them - it's all down to football, isn't it. They get on really. Won't stop them from taking holidays in beautiful Portugal - and if it does, then it's their loss.
