Usually you can't remove stretch marks unless you have a lot of money (and I mean a lot) and have several trips to a cosmetic surgeon. We'll assume that won't happen, so first off treaure your stretch marks if they are from having a baby. They are the road map to the parenthood. A symbol of love, and of what a mother goes through for her child.
Secondly, you can apply cocoa butter lotion to them to try and minimize them (which you should have been doing during your pregnancy or weight loss/gain).
Lastly you can try buying the new scar removal patches at your local pharmacy or Wal-mart. You apply the patches to the area of skin with the scars, and after a while the scars fade plus are not so raised. That is probably your best shot.
If it's stretch marks on your arms or thighs, cover it up with a good foundation before your big day. You can't remove them, but you sure as hell can hide them for at least a while. Apply a matte powder afterwards to hide any 'shine' from the stretch marks.
Best of luck on your marriage and wedding!

Unfortunally strech marks never go away unless you remove then with cosmetic surgery...!.
Stretch marks occur during rapid growth, as in puberty and
pregnancy. They also can appear in people who take certain steroids. The
skin is literally stretched beyond its elastic capability; like a rubber
band which breaks or a balloon that pops.
Creams such as
Retin A used under professional medical supervision seem to improve early
(or pink) stretch marks, but do not eliminate them entirely.
Try some tanning bed sessions, It will make you skin more toned and beautiful...Good luck!

I had my son 3.5 months ago an am back to my pre pregnancy weight. I still have the stretch marks on my tummy and a few on my sides. The skin was so stretched though that it kinda just is there- not tight like it used to be :(

There's a product called Fadeout cream, it's UK based company, does a cream especially for stretch marks that could help, it isn't instant but it works over a few months to permanently reduce the problem, you can buy it in most UK chemist shops or on eBay if you aren't in UK.
They do 3 or 4 different creams one is specifically for stretchmarks so put that into your search "Fadeout stretchmark"
I used the vitamin K one to get rid of broken veins on my face, excellent permanent results.

Spray on makeup? Are you a virgin or something? Surely these marks won't be visible in your wedding dress.
