where on the internet can i find out how to make swords out of wood and i need to find a website where it shows me cool sword moves on the the website not ordering a book or something

I don't know a reliable site that instructs on HOW to make wooden practice swords.
But I WOULD suggest taking a class in FENCING at a school near you. They could give you HANDS ON instruction in sword play and form.
If you can't find a regular school that has fencing (or the like), you might want to consider a Martial Arts school, and talk with the Sensei (teacher) there about what you want to learn.
