When a person feels that everything in his life is in vanity, that people want to hurt him, that faces threats all the time which is the way to develop a positive way of thinking and acting? How can he develop self defence in order to deal with hardships?

I joined the Army and it taught me how to be confident and how to deal with stressful situations..not saying that is best for you ..but its what worked for me...

self confidence the word itself give u confidence when u think about it when u feel it .u can develop it by reading best books regarding confidence and by listining to lectures by great people about it and my small advice what ever thing u have been started just close ur eyes and make feel that [u will do it and u only will do it .defenitly ur the winner ]remember that phrase for number of times and even before go to bed just think about it and be strong that u will do it

Power of positive thinking is a better way of self improvement. You have to keep God with you as your friend and have the belief that he will not forsake you in distress. You will act right and be polite in your behaviour and always learn from your mistakes. If a man points out your mistake then accept it and learn to correct it . Do not repeat the same mistake. Patience will pay dividend.
