I can recommend lots.Trust me these will leave you crying your eyes out while wishing for men like this in your life.
Dance with the devil by Sherrilyn Kenyon. The following review is taken from Amazon
Zarek was mad, bad and more than a little insane, and now everyone wants him dead. But hey, that was nothing new to this loner. Born the bastard son of a Roman nobleman and a Greek slave, Zarek had known a lifetime of abuse, torture and humiliation.
It takes a very special woman to see past that hostility and find the lost, unloved boy inside. Happily, Astrid is such a woman (or demigoddess, actually). Her empathy, patience and unconditional love make the perfect foil for Zarek's personal demons. They truly are a match made in heaven -- or should I say Mt. Olympus?
A dark champion,Born in sin-Kinley Macgregor
Nightplay,seize the night-Sherrilyn Kenyon
One perfect rose,The wild child-Mary jo Putney

Tristan and Isolda
it doesnt have author because its a legend
very medieval though. Very symbolic, and very beautiful. With a sad end. Don't even try to watch a firl because the only likeness to the book it has is its name. I think that the film was created for the americans because they dont have medieval history and wouldnt understand half of actions which happened in the book. But for any european Tristan and isolda becomes one of teh best loves stories ever written.

The Wedding by Nicholas Sparks (it helps if you have read or seen The Notebook to understand the characters of this book. It was great. I couldn't put it down. I laughed and cried and completely felt for the characters!
I also like Jodi Foster. She wrote a book called The Winston Brothers. Great....got me going!

It would have to be an old classic like "Little Women" "Wuthering Heights" or "The Scarlet Letter." The classics are the absolute best.
