Paris Hilton is a celebrity who is famous for being famous and named after a Paris hotel. So some people will be dumb enough to buy her records and look at her as some sort of role model. Therefore if that makes you a singer then she is a really good singer!

She sounds like Ashlee Simpson on the Radio Music Awards after the SNL scandal (from the vocals to the production and everything). Her voice is straining, she has no vocal training, no tone. It's terrible.

Honestly, I didn't think i'd like her but i absolutely LOVE her song! But I think that people won't give her the credit she deserves for it just because they think she's a dumb blonde who will only make it in singing just because of her personality and that she's already well liked. I don't agree with that at all, people are just hatin, they know her songs are pretty good, if not at least catchy!

I think it's not her, I've heard rumors she turned up a backup vocalists lines so they were overpowering and her voice is the backup. Regardless, she's a selfish little ritchbitch with absolutely no regard for anyone but herself and her popularity. That girl sucks absolute a ss, and deserves to go and die in a hole somewhere.

I actually like the song "Stars are blind" but that doesn't really answer the question. I think they've done a good job using computer jiggery-pokery in the studio to make her sound good.
Think she'll ever perform live? Not I!

Actually from what I've heard of her song, it's really not THAT bad. I mean, I don't think she has to worry about a Grammy or anything, but I think it's too bad for her because no one is going to take her new singing career seriously because her image is that of a dumb blonde idiot who doesn't even know what WalMart is.
