last time i formatted it it bought back only 15GB from 40GB I WANT TO RE-PARTITION IT AND FORMAT PLEASE GIMME A STEP 2 STEP on how 2 do that!

use a self-started compact disc,contain a partition magic 8.0 software,you can use it boot the computer ,and then come in partition magic 8.0,then you can follow the screen instruction to operate it ,then follow instructions to restart computer,all ok!:)
right click on my computer>manage>Disk Management
it shows all the drives and partetions. right click on them and make new partetions or delete them
also is a very good method!

If you smart enough buy a software named
"Magic Partitioner" and partition ur hardrive as u like it.
else
Hand it over to a software technician
Formattin is the easiest thing you can right click and format. BUT BE CAREFUL AS EVERYTHING WILL BE DELETED
