My no.1 problem is actually at work. It is the 1st time that i work in a company, where 90% of the staff are expatriates and 10% are locals. I really find it very hard to understand the cultures and backgrounds of different collegues specially that they are all from different countries/ regions.
But life is going on.

do I keep my job that does not pay wonderfully but okay enough and has great benefits (plus I have been there 10 years and I am so tired of being there - it is stressful and I dread getting up each workday), or do I quit and go into a different career that may not have as good of pay or benefits but that I am not stressing like I do now and I feel happy about what I am doing in life?
side note to answer - married and hubby was laid off for a year, finally in a job that pays more than minimum but his benefits suck - and our savings was eaten up so he kind of counts on me keeping this okay paying job with the fantastic benefits even though he knows I would love to change.

My job is quite unsatisfying at the moment. While the job itself gives me a greate sense of purpose, the organisation i work for does not share the vision. Rather than just complain about it i am doing what is in my power to improve the situation - apply for other jobs while at the same time working to build a shared vision. Things will either get better or i will have a new job. Either way i will be in a better situation.
