I find that the time zones for the UK are GMT+0 and GMT+8.
Would you please tell me the reason for it. And how about time zones in the UK? DoEngland, Scotland, Ireland and Walse share the same time zone? Or is it just for London time?

The UK only has one time zone - GMT+0 (in winter) and GMT+1 (ie BST) in summer.
Of the european countries, only Portugal is in the same time zone.
I suspect that you may have misread the GMT + 8. That's Hong Kong, parts of China etc.

Here we go: My husband was clocked doing 40 in a 30 zone on christmas day. We had never been to the area before and did not see the sign but it's no excuse. He has opted for the speed awareness course as there will no points, and you do not have to inform your Insurance. It will not affect your driving job as there is no conviction. The course costs £95 which you pay when you book. In our case the course is 80 miles away at 7.45am and takes 4 hours, no driving, but it's still worth doing. So get online and book it now.

There are no time zones in the U.K, its all the same .
In fact the whole of europe there only 1 or 2 hrs difference, depending if its british summer time , or GMT.
Here Its GMT +1 ... cos we put the clocks forward in spring.

the Greenwich meridian is 0hrs and runs through the uk anything east is plus, anything west is minus. there are in fact differences in time in the uk,but when the railways began they brought in greenwich mean time to eliminate this, it made the timetables easier to understand.
