I use CDex - free download and easy to use.
It seems to be quite good with protected CDs too.

If you use Windows Media Player:
Select the 'Tools' option from the drop down menu
Select 'Options'
Select 'Rip Music'
You will now have the 'Rip Music' screen in front of you, select MP3 in the 'Rip Setting' section.
It will then rip tracks from CD as MP3 and save them wherever you have selected as your destination folder.

There are a few ways you can do this. An easy way would be to use windows media player or itunes, depending on what player you have. Sometimes, though, they are kind of stubborn. A really good way is to download third party software and rip them thriough that

Visit download.com and download a ripper software . If it needs reg. code visit crackdb.com and crack. You'll be able to convert cd to mp3 before you can say supercalifragelisticexpialidocious

I would say Windows Media Player and iTunes are good ways of doing this. You will, however, need to change the settings in each programme. You will need a computer for this, that is the easiest way to do it.
