It's a possiblity. I think it's a double or nothing deal. If the Hornets have a winning record, Chris Paul and Peja will make it to the All-Star game. If the Hornets have a losing record, neither will.

He could make it if he returns to old form, which is possible when your playing with a PG like Chris Paul. He's also playing on a team without a go-to scorer, which often results in an average player recording above-average stats. But he has been on the decline for the past few years, so its anyones guess.

Probably not. He gets injured a lot although he produces 20+ points a game. He's good but not good enough to be an all star.
