check www.immigration.govt.nz. Or you could ask around, there's a lot of Indian guys in New Zealand. I'm pretty sure there's a family in your neighborhood which has relatives in NZ.

ok, i think i can tackle this.
Pretty much we (from NZ) look for few factors that everyone looks for.
The system is based on points, you are awarded points for what you have to offer, and if you reach the magic figure, you qualify.
