It is my dream to be a pilot in the future. i am a day dreamer.but i still didnt get the sufficient ammount of mony to pay for the commercial pilot course.....now days i'm thinking of writting about my vision to some big air lines and also to the BOEING company....shall i do that.....do u have any information how to get a financial aid????.......or shall i write to big celebrities like Oprah ....who are really generous,and tell them my dream.......shall i do that ????????

You can get scholarships from many sources to become a professional pilot, but it is very competitive.

Military Academies, ROTC, Major Aeronautical Universities, Some state colleges, and even the GI Bill offer programs and scholarships.

Best advice is to get good grades, and get a private pilot license before applying for these programs. No one wants you if you don't do anything about your dreams! At least try to get a glider rating or sport pilot rating. If nothing else, get a summer job washing planes.
