anyone that has an indencey with a child charge that got a 5 yr sentence? and how long did they serve?

the person didn't do anything. she took off her bra and said feel and he said no and she got mad and filed charges on him. she was 15 he was 18 at the time. that was 3 1/2 yrs ago and they're just now putting him in jail for it.

I have no idea what you're talking about, but it doesn't sound good at all. Please, if I think what it is, is true, don't take up for them. That's just sick and twisted!!!

it doesn't matter what for, you gotta serve two thirds of your time before you even think about a discount.
for five years that would be 40 months, say three and half years.
