Usually forclosure adds. depended on your town size this can be found in the regular paper or publicized by the courthouse. This stuff is cheap and the situations the people are in makes the desperate to unload it at a bargain! don't use real estate Co's that say they specialize in forclosure buyoffs-they just charge high commissions for things you can do by yourself at the courthouse (considering you are literate hahaha). its quite easily and after a month you will have it down-i was amazed at this initially! start with old houses until you dabble in land! land can't be difficult! and as for places, the Midwest is growing the most with cheap prices. i think TN is the cheapest bang for your buck right now! good luck!
