i want to know weather my manager is working proply or not for that i want to ask question to my employ . the question should intelligent and tricky for asking .

I would inquire as to what their expectations are of an ideal manager, and if they could give some examples of those qualities from any current managers.

u ask to employee
1 ask employee that whether he liked to be manager ..if yes why do we replace the present manager.. ?
or
2 how come u haven't got promoted(question to employee) ..?
or
3 ask them u r opening another branch and looking for sending th preent manager to that place.. do he wroth sending over th.er.. and many more.. ways u ask this.
