Its all about communication. I believe if someone don't tell you how they feel you will not know how they feel and what they are thinking right!

So, first you must try to tell people what you are thinking and how you feel. If people still don't understand you, it could be your articulation problems. Try to phase it in a simple and understandable way. Be patient or you might get frustrated yourself.

Part of becoming mature is realizing that no one will truely understand another person. If you waste too much energy trying to make others understand it isn't worth your energy.
It would be easier to answer this if you said what needs to be understood?
You can talk to people and just tell them how you feel. Then don't expect them to fix things. If your feelings are very emotional you need to find a psychologist to talk to.
