see i dont know who r u but if u really love a girl u should say her ur feelings.see as i m a girl,what a girl expect from a boy who love her
is he should b caring and adorable and especiall from others for which she will give a place in her heart.my dear as i think u my pal i think that u go and say ur feelings not by saying that three words "I Love U".u first make her understand that what love is! u undertand her thaught,her wants make her a friend at first give her time to take u as friend of every moment.it take time but love dont think any thing as it is true love it can give whole life to take.
its a great feeling let her realise that through ur friendship.then only it will take place but never force.
