If a person could sleep well, eat well and can clean bowels well, he'll be such a happy person!

I did about a week ago. I'd wake up every few minutes and sit up really fast. I also was sweating a lot in my sleep. Not sure why. Try reading before you go to bed, or doing something relaxing like taking a bath. You might want to see a doc too. I have sleep apnea. You never know what could be causing your sleep problems.

It might be becasue of my age 58, as older people need less sleep.
