and my kids to a nice apartment or house thats not ghetto. I have a plan im going to college but i want to move i go online to apartments.com and they are expensive like 800 a month anyone know any other sources????

Good for you! I think it's great that you want a better life for your kids. I have 2 of my own so I understand. You might start with your state housing programs. In PA they have HUD housing. I'm not sure exactly how it works, but basically they are homes everywhere in the city that are rentals and the state covers a high percentage of your monthly rent. If you can't find something like that, do you have a friend in the same situation? Maybe you could both split rent and take turns with childcare for each other. Good luck!

You could always try another town. The midwest is dreary as hell, but it's cheap and relatively nice.

maybe a job, if you already have one, look for one that pays a bit more than what your making....
maybe then your insurance may pay for a newer bigger house.....
