Read english dailies and speak english without hesitating, dont care about the mistakes.

Well...use yahoo PC to PC calls and chat with lots of ppl there...it's good for practicing your english conversation.
I think chatting with ppl around the world is also a fun way to learn english, if you dont understand what they are saying, just ask them, dont be shy. I learn my english from chatting too...and my toefl score raised up about 90points (paperbased score)

Try finding a friend who can speak both your language and English. Then they can help you with more difficult words and sounds.

Watch a ton of movies. lol
It works. My cousin came over and after about 2 weeks of movies, he was a better English speaker.
