He was funnier than that dork Andy Griffith. A friend of mine worked with Andy Griffith in a TV Movie once and he said he was an #$$hole. Don Knotts was nice from what I heard

A terriffic ongoing sight gag comedian.
He would have bombed on radio.
His movies in the 60s were good.

mr. furley was one of the funniest characters of that era of sitcoms.
