Sure why not? no big deal sleeping with a cousin...how old was he/she when this happened? young and investigating sex?

you can't punish someone for ever for something he/she did in the past but you have to tell her what he/she did was stupid and he/she must make sure it doesn't happen again cause it weird to sleep with their cousin.past is past we are waiting for the future.
