now that they have won the WC. who do you think deserved to win he WC if not Italy?

ive supported them from the beggining(honestly!) and my friends made fun of me coz they thought Italy wasnt gonna win anywhere in this century.

I don't hate them... actually I happen to love the Azzurri! At the beggining of the tournament, though, I was a bit concerned that the scandal back home might of affected their gameplay, but luckily, it didn't. I'm happy that they won, and I totally felt they deserved it. They had the best defense in the whole tournament, and sometimes this can prove to be more important than offense. Now i'm a little sad about Juventus being demoted and all. . . But I'm still looking forward to the new season. FORZA AZZURRI!!!

I don't think anyone should hate the Italian team for what they have achieved here at the WC. I think some of the players were not terribly savy at times and "raised" some very unhappy eyebrows over some of the tactics they used. But that's soccer!! But just because they had a few rogue players does not make anyone hate the team, makes you mad at them maybe but not hate them after all they played to win and they are the World Championship holders for 2006 so we all have to remember that it cannot be reversed but France will get the chance again and so will all the other teams at the next World Cup and all this will be forgotten, hopefully!!

Why all these hate questions?. Does it really matter? The wc is over and done with.
Italy won the world cup and fairly may I add. I supported Brasil all the way until they got booted by France. I was sad. But then I decided to support Italy as I was rooting for them to win their fourth cup!
I dont hate any team for that matter so why are you going around here posting hate messages?
Isnt there enough of hate in this world??

Germany,France they deserved it cause they worked so hard they showed how much passion they had 4 the sport an there teamwork was amazing.& yes i hate italys soccer team they cheated to get to the finals & nobody likes cheaters.

I absolutely hate them right now... (it's been a week). the Italian Soccer team cheated their way through the games, so, they are not worthy for the trophy, esp. winning the final by PKs, wtf?!!! (FIFA should take out PK from the Final). They use the dirtiest way of getting Zidane and other star players of the French team out of the field. When they were playing against Germany, they kept on using high kicks against the Germans. My conclusion is: Italian National Team are bunch of cheating scumbages.

And if I would have to choose another team that I would cheer for (if Italy was out of the picture of course) it would have to be Argentina.

i am a zidane fan..
hate is a very strong word...
who deserve to win... a lot of my favourite teams didn't even reach semi .... so it doesn't matter.
