your caliper is sticking and it has nothing to do with your alignment when you change everything out make sure you use NEW brake fluid from a sealed container start with the right rear left rear right front left front make sure master cylinder is clean and dont put nothing in it but brake fluid make sure you get the right kind for you vehicle as there are different kinds dot 3 4 5 . make sure to get all air out of the lines no air bubbles or you will have a soft pedal break the brake fitting loose then snug lightly then have someone pump it till tight 4-5 brake presses should do it and hold when you open the fitting the pedal will go to the floor make sure they hold it there until you close up then do it again and again till there no air only brake fluid comes out repeat for all wheels make sure you keep the master full at all times or you will have to start all over and make sure you dont get brake fluid on paint it will eat it up

The brake caliper is sticking that squeezes the pads against the disc. This will cause the pads on that side to wear faster, cause they are in contact with the disc even after you take you foot off the brakes. This could lead to the disc getting grooves in it (scored). Of course you probably noticed when you brake, cause the driver side pads are worn more the car pulls to one side, not too safe. Take it to a mechanic if you aren't handy with car repairs. If they have to replace the caliper, and turn the discs, etc, it could cost around $450 depending on how much the parts cost.

Replace the flex hose. They swell up where the fittings are swedged on and can act as a one way, or check valve. Fluid under pressure can get through but not return.

Here is how to test. With wheel off, press and release brake pedal. Rotate disc by hand (if not locked up). Then disconnect the flex line where it connects at the caliper and try and rotate again. If disc now rotates, you have a bad hose. If it is still binding, there is trouble in the slides, or caliper.

Firstly, check your front wheel alignment. Improper alignment can cause the brake pad to worn out fast.

Secondly, check your caliper. Malfunction can cause the caliper not to disengage the brake pad from the rotor. Thus, friction will cause grinding of pads and rotor without you realising the pad going bald. You may also want to check your caliper pump. There might be leaking of the seal which contributes to poor pumping and disengaging action of the hydraulic oil.

Cheers.

The passenger side caliper may be stuck and not working, you may have to replace it.

OR

Your drivers side caliper may not be releasing and constantly rubbing the rotor, replace if that's what it is doing

GEEEEZ ! IF the Calipher Piston isn't stuck & the flexible brake hose is good then the slides where the Calipher mounts are either froze or sticking.YOU need to apply either brake silicon grease or die-electric grease to the calipher slides & the slide parts-DON'T use regular grease or oil to lubricate the Calipher slide parts. That usally means the passenger Calipher is sticking because it can't move freely so the other side is doing most of the stopping.

If your rotors are fine sounds like you need to get the caliper rebuilt.
