Firefox, how do I relocate my favorites?

I had a power outtage last week & when I booted back up all of my favorites from Firefox were gone. I have looked in the program files but there does not seem to be a 'favorites file" similar to what you would find in Explorer. Any ideas?

Yes it has happened to me. It could be a couple different things, Go here http://kb.mozillazine.org/Lost_bookmarks

You probably have a problem with firefox's ProfileManager
