Here it is a 4-year course under a broader specialty which is Medical technologist. I'm not just sure in other countries. I heard that there's a 2-year course to be a registered Phlebotomist.Hope this helps. God bless! :0

First of all phlebotomyst are not licensed, they are certified or registered, Most labs train or any school that teaches medical assisting
