You have probably finished major growth, but growth in height continues to be possible until approximately 19--there's no definite cut-off. However, by age 26, all bones in your body should finish growing and knitting together. Cartlidge continues to grow all your life (hello big nose and ears in old people!) and obviously you can increase your girth through increased muscles or weight gain. Also, your feet will likely continue to grow as a result of gravity and weight.

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.
Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aOp6l , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

It differs from person to person, and it's also genetic. Ask your mom when she stopped growing. Some stop growing at 14; recent studies show that some can actually continue growing bit by bit until age 25. Besides, I think your height is perfect as is, you're elegantly tall.

Do you sleep well, do you take good care of your health and do u eat healthy food n do u smoke? Those can really effect your growing. If u go to sleep make sure that u sleep for at least 8 hour since u r teenager and ur body have to absorb these nutrient efficiently drink a glass of milk before ur sleep (dont sleep at for example 1 a.m n tend to wake up at 9a.m since this would still not cause the efficiency of your body in absorbing them properly. so dont be watching TV or surfing INTERNET late at night ) . Healthy food rich in calcium and vitamin D r needed for better input of calcium into your bones. Dont smoke!! this can damage the hormone in your body causing defect in growth since u r a teenager n ur body r still growing n smoking cause it to deteriorate. Malnutrition, late sleep at night and health r thing u have to avoid if u want to grow better

P.S

Sorry for answering this so damn late from the question. HOPE other who have the same problem can know the answer

You need to focus on some food pro ducts and a well prepared routine and rest of thing you will get from the prod uct. Good luck hopefully you will get the resultts like me.

NOTE : Follow atleast 1 weeek before seeing res ults in you :) Started seeing re sults after 1 0 da ys in my case.

That depends, it's different for everyone.
I have heard girls stop growing at 16 though, but I am sure there are girls out there who still grew up more after that age. It's all about genetics.
