Flip over the monitor. OR THere should be buttons on ur monitor. Mine has a factory reset button that returns it to how it was before. Use that if ur monitor has one. If not, look for other settings. That has never happened to me though....

Right click on your desktop.
Click open "Properties".
Click open "Settings" tab.
Click open the "Advanced" tab that is seen towards the bottom right corner.
Click open the "Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator Driver" tab.
Click open "Graphics Properties" tab seen towards the bottom right corner.
Click open "Rotation" tab.
Make your changes.
Another way to do this is:
If you have the Intel (R) Graphics Media Accelerator Driver icon in the systems tray at the bottom right hand corner of your screen or in your quick launch tool bar, then double click it to open the menu.
Select "Graphic option" and then the "Graphic Properties".
Click open "Rotation" tab.
Make your changes.
This is applicable provided your system has this particular Intel graphics driver and runs on Win.XP.
All the best.

how to solve this problem
go to Properties graphic options
and then click ROTATOION
set it to normal this may be caused by a misfunction in the computer or a inappropriate button pressed but as u see before pressing back to normal it would be on another degree usually 180
HOPE THIS HELPS!!
Also
Alt + Ctrl + up or down or left or Right Key will fix the problem on some computers..

Most screens have pull tabs on the sides, if yours dose not, then use a flat head screwdriver to gently pry the screen from the frame and remove it. Then flip it right side up and snap it back into the window frame.

If you are into Yoga, you could always try standing on your head. It may be easier to turn the monitor upside down of course.

Go to your video card's control center.
Find a "rotation" tab or option.
Make sure that set position is the right one.
