Emails are not covenient in attaching and sending large files to a friend. Is threre an other option in doing that?

You both can download this from the internet. http://www.smartftp.com/
It will allow you to send files back and forth.

Not sure if yahoo messanger allows you to share that large of file, but I would try that first.

if you both have yahoo messenger you can send files as big as 1 GB, so if you zip the file (right-click, with the right mouse button, and select "send to" on the menu, then select "compressed zipped folder" ) and send the zipped file over yahoo messenger. If over 1 gigabyte use a file upload. Most isp's provide free webspace, you could upload there and have your friend download, if you want further instructions...let me know.

you can upload files to (do a search on these sites)--megaupload, rapidshare, and I think even filefront. They should give you a special link code for that huge file (a few hundred mb) to give to anyone you want, and to utilize for so many days.

You could do that, or use winrar to make it into several .rar files, send one at a time and when he/she has all of them, it will automatically re-unite the split files into the original file.
