Man fear death 'cause man don't understand death. Man is greedy and wants his life. It is a really a fear of living. Don't fear life. The unknown will never be known in death.

Poor grammar confuse to answer. Me give shoot byways.

Humans fear death because it is the great unknown. Unlike unexplored territory, the deep blue sea, or even outer space, there is no easy way to explore "death." While it is one of the few experiences every human has in common, no one can relate their story to another living person.

Even people who have "returned" from the dead have not truly died. Their biological functions were not as we presume to be alive, but the fact that their brain was still working, and eventually returned to a normal state, means that they are not dead.

Out of the many people who have attempted to prove an afterlife by making promises to contact loved ones from the "other side," not one has succeeded.

That unknown future is what makes so many people fearful of death.

I strongly suspect that fear, just like any emotion, is an evolutionary adaptation.

Animals that feared death tended to avoid death long enough to reproduce.
For animals that invest a long time raising their offspring (like humans), the greater the fear of death, the more you avoid it, the longer you live, the better chances your offspring will grow up safely and have off-spring.

So those without fear of death did not reproduce as much, and over time were outcompeted for resources by those who feared it.

If our inner personality reached its growth that was intended during the life time - then there will not be fear of death. The fear exists because of the imperfect inner personality.

Because no matter what anybody says, there is no certainty what if anything comes after. Also, death is often painful.
