the answer is pornography; it is a huge help to learning how to pleasure a women. however, do not always accept these positions and/or groanings as what a woman wants or does. you can learn a lot from these movies, but a woman does not always want to be ****** porn style and a woman does not always moan porn style.
if this is a question you are asking in regards to a woman you are intimate with then i would suggest that you talk to her about how you can please her. this is true with how to please any woman. always ask them how you can please them if the moves you are working are not pleasing them
if you are not pleasing them, then they will leave you. but if you ask them what you can do to make things better they will appreciate the effort. if after all of this, you still can't make the moves, you are done and you better find a woman who likes a loser
