first of all, Gwar puts on an amazing show...but, bad religion, smashing pumpkins, tori amos, ani difranco, tom petty and ozzy are great in concert too!
...as for the festival you want to go to...I know Anti-Flag is an awesome band, so they are sure to put on a good show!

Was a concert put on by a radio station m-a-n-y years ago - was only supposed to be four hours, we had to leave after six because our father had been waiting in the parking lot for at least 1-1/2 hours, and they were still going strong. Monkees, Supremes, Andy Kim, forget who else ... they just kept coming.
