please help me.. i have problem with hotmail my old email address as i cannot get in because of the password so how i get my password back as im sure that somone took my password to changed it.. i already go iin the forget but still failed so i cant get in as i have everythin jobs things.. so now i got new email so i really want get my old email back so could u please help me please please

Well, You can request a password be sent to you, but that means that you would have to know the email address you entered when you signed up for the account. Sometimes they will have a password reset thing, where you have to answer your birth date and the answer to your secret question.. Your best bet is to stick with the website in question and try to log in, click "forgot password" and go from there.

I'm afraid if someone really stole your password, there's not really anything you can do. If there is a serious criminal offense that comes from it such as ID theft or the like, you could have the ISP or Hotmail investigate. But it's not financially feasible unless it's a serious crime to come from it. But I wouldn't sign in to any pages unless you're sure it's the official, legit hotmail sign in page, which as far as I know, are how a lot of email passwords are stolen.

most have a thing that says can't remember your password at the bottom...and it should have asked u questions when u first signed up for it for security purposes....if u can get tot that..it should let u in(if u can remember the answer's u put in)...hope that helps.

how about you e-mail hotmail and ask THEM for help... they should have a "contact us" link on the bottom of the page.
