Hollywood is setting a bad example as to what real beauty looks like. So many stars are looking deathly ill trying to "fit-in".

2. Nichole Richey,
3. Kate Bosworth, to name a few.
Being healthy is one thing but people are taking it too far.

The real question is: Why does society want women to be skinny AND to be busty/have a "big" behind?

It is a sick obsession. Too bad a womanly curvy body is judged as fat. Do you know that Marilyn Monroe was a size 14. Even Lucy during the I LOVE LUCY show, was a size 12. Those sizes are considered plus size now. Everyone striving to be a size 0-3.
When I was in my early 20's The only place you could get clothes that small was a specialty store called "The 5-7-9
Shoppe" Now those sizes are the average to larger sizes catered to. Size 10 12 14 16 are carried by Lane Bryant. Lane Bryant used to be the store you went to if you wore a 20 or larger. Revolt, and grow your booty to a fine size 14.Carry those 38 C's with pride. That is healthy!!

Now it is socially unexceptable for a person to be heavy set which is really stupid but people sometime feel that when a person is heavy they arent as well educated and dont have as much money as a skinny person. Back during Queen Elizabeth times men preferred the women to be heavier because it emplied that the person had a lot of money.So pretty much time has just changed the way people think.

These women should be themselves. But I am a skinny woman and I don't think there is anything wrong with being skinny..as long as you are healthy. When it comes to health, it's a terrible thing to starve yourself. I would like to encourage women to work with what they got.

because the rest of the western world has become or are in the process of becoming obesse, best bet is that we all stop eating so much and get out and do some exercise, you never know you might help brankrupt the republicans(corporate America)

because in modern time a majority of people have been conditioned by advertisers that thin is in.
years ago before there was such a thing as advertisers, BBW were favored over skinny women because BBW were viewed as being healthy

Hey, at least it's not the late 90s. The models back then looked like Ethiopian heroin addicts. At least today they look a teensy bit fuller.
There's nothing wrong with being thin in general, though...

healthy is being alittle pudgy... if u can see ribs.. u too thin.
Gosh tho... so sick :S how could anyone find those women attractive. Never heard a guy say one was either.
