The Ku Klux Klan are still very much alive to day and is locate all over the US, not only in the South. Yes there are nazis groups still walking around and they are also located in various states. As for the children, they are taught to believe the way of their parents although some when grown form their own opinion.

The KKK is still around but not to active these days. They got cleaned out by the FBI some years ago. The Nazis are still around and becoming more active and visible. There has been a big resurgance in Germany, England, France and the USA over the last twenty years. It seems some things are too good to let go of. A lot of these traditions are handed from generation to generation. After all somebody has to be responsible for our failures.

okay as for the KKK yes they are still around as well as skinheads and neos. and no there children do not have to have the same belief its all on how they were raised and how they view the world. if they view it as other races are a burden to society yes they will be like the actual KKK member or what not but if they view everyone as equals no they will not believe the same way

Honey, if you're asking that question, you either live on the good ship lollipop, or your mother never lets you leave the house, and shields you from the news! Trust me, both of these bigoted sects, of which I have absolutely no use for, are very much alive and well in America today.
