Endometriosis, Endometriosis, Endometriosis. Find a doctor who takes your pain seriously and will schedule you for a laparoscopy to diagnose and treat any Endo. You don't have to live this way. Your symptoms are hallmark, but Endo does not show up on CT scans, ultrasounds or MRIs with any certainty, particularly when the doctor doesn't know how to recognize the disease on the films. Surgery is required to diagnose Endo; the good news is, it can be treated at the same time, provided the doc has a clue. I suggest downloading this free kit from the Endo Research Center and talking it over with your doc: http://www.endometriosiszone.org/content/PDF/2006ScreeningEducationKit.pdf

Did they happen to find fluid in your abdomen on the ultrasound? Ovarian cysts that rupture are extremely painful and the fluid can put pressure on your abdomen for several days afterwards. I have had this several times and thought it was my appendix. It usually occurs around ovulation when a new cyst develops.

the pain you feel is the releasing of your egg b4 your cycle starts. not too many women know what that feels like. the only thing you can do is take something to ease it until your cycle starts and tharts when it stops hopefully you dont cramp. so you r not dying or anything like that. just remember 5 days before you start your cycle or when you think you will feel the pain take a pain killer and you will be ok...
