Trade 3 players for him. Just sign a free agents. A player with a rating close his, a center and one more player should do the trick. If not, if your willing to, trade Kobe and get Manu plus somebody else.

u got Kobe
but if u really want him try giving a top player like odom and a #1 draft pick
the #1 draft pick is really valuble and u can make a good proposal to get a star player
