LOL im 30 yrs old and im scared of the dark?

I used to be Scared of the dark, i mean driving down the road i wouldn't even look to the side i was scared of seeing red faced demons or something like that, but i am happy to report, i am not so afraid anymore!

i feel stupid bc i am 17 years old and i have always been scared of the dark. its so weird. like i have to fall asleep with some light either from the tv or something and some noise bc if theres no noise then i can like hear every little tiny sound thats out there. and sometimes if i forget to turn my light out i my closet and i wake up in the middle of the night and i see the light peekin under the cracks it totally freaks me out. and my closet door HAS to be closed or it freaks me out. i guess im totally weird but i am verrrry picky about how i sleep. also, i have to sleep on my stomach bc if i sleep on my back i feel like everything inside me is sliding back and it feels really weird. if i roll over onto my back in the middle of the night then i wake up and i have to turn over. and i have to find teh cool side of the pillow. sorry i guess u didnt really want all of this. i guess what i am really trying to sy is yea i am afraid of the dark.

Wow! I'm glad to know that most of y'all are like me...just a little afraid of the dark! When I'm at home alone, I have to sleep with every light in my apt on except for my bedroom light. And it's not that I'm really afraid, it just makes me feel more secure. I want to be able to see what's going on!!! I'm just glad to know I'm not the only grown-up that has to have some lights on!

I am! Well, I'm not scared of it if my husband is in bed with me. But, if he's not home I have to have a light on! I'm a big 45 year old baby.

I do it creeps me out, but there are some brave moments in my life where I can walk across the house without any lights on. I'm so proud of my self for those moments.
