my yahoo chat wont work. ive diabled everything and keep getting . DHTML was unable to load correctly .?

The complete warning is this there are 2 of them
DHTML was unable to load correctly [no voice object] and the second is the same but says [no pop up object]

i've tried reinstalling IE ,disabling every pop up blocker ,anti virus and still no luck. i even tried holding down control when clicking connect and nothin any ideas

Re-install the IE it will solve the problem.
