im exactly you and i haev asme problem, everyone calls me skinny. luckily have abs, listen, eat protein bars, dont eve junk food because thats just unhealthy fat, eat a lot of pasta and meats and that should help you out.

Work out. See a doctor if you're that unhappy about your weight; you don't seem unhealthily underweight to me. If you can afford one, a personal trainer is great for exercise; if not, there should be trainers at your local gym. Eat protein. Eat carbs (moderately!). Whatever you do, do NOT pig out to gain weight. You may start a habit you find hard to break when it's too late.

eat more try those weight gaining shake thingys to, eat a ton of carbs protien and fat. You are skin and bones, eat like 300 calories a day, but eat good things not just crap fast food and junk. If that don't work ask your Dr. or get one maybe you have some problem you don't know about.

Eat ya lil,******.Protein & carbs will put weight on & give you energy.Sugar will just mostly put on fat.Also work out,muscle is heavier (dencer) that fat.Hell I'm only 5'7" & I weight 195lbs.My boy(15) is 5"6 1/2" & 130lbs,damn you're a narrow lil sh*t.But then again mabey you should stay that way,big girls love you guys because you can fit between their thights.LMAO Anyway,good luck dude.

Eat foods with higher calories (but less cholesterol, which can kill you). Don't assume that eating foods with lots and lots of fat is good for you. You may gain weight but will get really ill and unhealthy.
More than eating, I would recommend, weight lifting to increase your muscle mass.
But now that I think of it, 135lbs is toooooo thin for your height. How did you get to that point? I hope things are ok...

Muscle is heavier than fat. Gain muscle, and DON'T use muscle magazines. They are total crap and for OTHER steroid freaks, not regular humans like you and me.
I have a great bench press routine, shoot me an email and I am sure it will help. I already sent it to 2 ppl on here asking questions. It is normal for many boys to be tall and their weight not catch up to them as they want.

if you want muscle weight instead of fat simple. go work out like 30 min. a day, and afterward eat tons of protein like eggs, peanut butter, etc. the protein will make the muscle and give u body weight too
