I find viberation in my car engine when it goes on a low speed or stops. This happens specialy when AC is on.
I noticed also that the volume of Radio goes up when I go on a high speed. is this an electrical or mechanical faliure?

it sounds like one or more spark plugs are not firing correctly, causing a rough idle. However your obseveration about the radio leads me to ask further questions. First get to a normal driving speed about where you notice the radio getting louder, turn on ac on high, turn lights on bright, turn windshield wipers on. Next turn on your turn signal. If things seem to not working properly I would have the alternator checked out, because I the the "high" charging diode is burned out and you need a new alternator.
This can cause you engine to run rough as well. Do this on your way to your local checker or auto zone store. They will check it for free
