How old are you? If you're six or seven years old, that's a perfectly respectable weight, and you don't need to grow any faster than you already are. Eat a well balanced diet, maintain an intake of around... uummm.. metric conversions hurting brain... yeah, 8500 - 10000 kJ of energy intake per day (for my fellow Americans, that's roughly 2000-2500 Calories) and keep active, you'll grow up perfectly healthy. If you're concerned with growing more muscle mass, you'll also have to do some weight training, but I'd wait until your teen years -- your bone structure is still changing a lot, and it's just not good to place the kind of stresses that weightlifting can exert on bones that are still growing. Seriously, you'll get bigger in time. No need to rush it.

So, you want to gain weight? Well, in order to do that you need to eat more calories. I don't mean unhealthy stuff like cupcakes and brownies.
One way I heard of, is by adding cream and powdered milk to things. Full-fat cream and powdered milk, not the low-fat or skim. Sprinkle the powdered milk in soups, casseroles, etc. and put the cream in your coffee or make milkshakes out of it.
