Option 1: Use a proper concealer. Test out the best colors at a department store counter or at Sephora. (Tip: Tell the makeup artist you are looking to correct the undereye circles and are testing several different types before purchase). Choose concealer that's a shade lighter than your foundation. And if your circles are very dark, go 2 shades lighter. You might be choosing a concealer that's too light if you are getting a 'raccoon look.'
Great concealers include:
Revlon New Complexion Concealer
Estee Lauder Smoothing Skin Concealer
Cover Girl Smoothers Concealer
Neutrogena Smoothing Skin Stick
We find it works best to apply stick concealers with your finger dabbing a few dots under your eyes.
Option 2: Invest in a vitamin K-based eye product Eye creams such as Vita-K Solution gel or Peter Thomas Roth Power K Eye Rescue can help strengthen capillary walls so dark circles and veins become less visible.
Option 3: Laser treatment If you have a chronic case of undereye circles, you should contact a doctor about lasers. Lasers can thicken the skin by increasing collagen production, so you are less likely to see veins, according to Los Angeles facialist Kate Somerville in June 2005 issue of InStyle magazine.

Just mash a cucumber, with the skin still on it, and apply the juice to your face. Leave it on for at least fifteen minutes, and then wash off. Also, make sure you drink enough water, exercise regularly, and get enough sleep.

Try getting some sleep. But it is true peperation H does work for the swelling, around the eyes. Also until it starts working try the aloe vera, with the cucumber. But also a concealer, something that will blend in with your skin, but hide the dark circles. But not looking like you have any makeup on.
Do you get Home Shopping Network in your area? They have a product made from Wie East for eys, and that stuff works wonders, and it doesn't bother your skin. Which I have problems with certain products that make me itch, and this is wonderful stuff. It wil cost you some money, you can get it in a kit, or buy it just by itself. If I remember right it is called Eyes Alive. I have been waiting for it to come back on myself, so I can get somemore myself. But if you don't get the program, then try the other things to help you out. Some also talk about using tea bags on your eyes.
Hope these ideas help you out some, and have a nice night.

i've always had really bad circles under my eyes and the only two things that i have found that make a substantial difference are: physicians formula two tone under eye concealer (you put the yellow on first then the naked tone to cover it up a bit) or if you are willing to pay a little more money, try the clinique "all about eyes" concealer. it actually helps to slowly decrease the appearance of dark circles without make up the more you use it.

The new powder makeup that came out is really good at covering and concealing but you need to figure out if your anemic or not getting enough sleep or have allergies any of those could cause it.
