I know, its upsetting...I don't understand why this country does that....They put some poor Joe in jail for smoking pot but release a sex offender because of overcrowding....Makes no sense....

Because the crimes of molestation and rape are committed against women and children, and unfortunately, are not given the same importance and dealers and robbers.

In many cases people do no change their mind ever after long term jail. Society does not approve public flogging. Seizure of personal property on second crime may desist the criminal. we may consider it making a part of law.

I wonder the same sh*t. I have been to prison and only have drug charges and some other minor crimes. I knew this man who molested 3 times, 3times!!! And still only got probation no time.

MOLESTING...RAPING ISN;T KILLING ANYBODY.......
MURDERING IS..WHICH THAT PERSON NEVER LIVES AGAIN
