If people have tried to create their avatar so that it reflects their personality... it can be quite interesting to cast a thought about the person behind the animation.... if you know what i mean? Short answer? Nope, I'm not fussed. Photos are tres cool though, lol!

Its a bit annoying that you have to have a 360/ blog, just to have a piccie dont you think?
how many must have signed up with 360 JUST to use an avatar?
Not thats it's compulsory, but i'm sure more would use one if the option was simpler,

Using them just seems to slow the loading speed of the page.I prefer to keep it snappy.
Most avatars look nothing like normal people either - every ones young and thin - how Utopian.

yes, a little. not that i dislike the person, or anything. i just get stuck for a while trying to figure out if they're a guy or girl. i just wanna kno! im nosy! but dont listen to me. im sure it doesnt bother anyone else. i used to not have my avatar, either.

I'd like to use a picture, but I don't feel like signing up for Yahoo 360 just to do it. That's a dumb requirement ! I can assign different pictures to Yahoo Messenger without doing that !

not really, but i'd prefer avatars because i'm not used to a normal picture being on the screen. but i'd still like to see what the person thinks they look like to themselves

to be honest, I'm not a fan of the cartoon avatars, they all look like those Bratz dolls and I just haven't tried to figure out how to do 'em
