I can barely make it with just 1 cup. I need at least 2, 3's even better. I prefer to get 4 though. But have been known to drink 8.
Do you think that is strange?

I try to drink 3 or 4, but usually it's only 1 or 2.

I have one or two cups of tea in a day and five or six cups of coffee. My first coffee is after I wake up. Tea may be the second drink I have and a tea in the afternoon.

This question should highlight the UK / USA divide.
Up until 2 months ago I used to drink 5 OR 6 PINTS of tea a day. I then gave it up.
Idon't drink coffee either.

i have 10 cup of tea 12 cups of coffee with out having any problems

Have 2 or 3 every day but when m8's come round can have 6 or 7 coz it's gr8 to gossip wiv a brew!

I love peppermint tea....and I love drinking green tea with soy milk...although I haven't drank any in the last couple of months...

No, but you should cut back. Although, tea can prevent some types of cancer, it dosnt all the body to absorb Iron.
Tea is not bad, but its not that good either.
I have an average of two cups.
