You need to re-read your question.
You said "A bag has 6 sticks with lengths of 1,3,5,7,9,11,13cm"

Your bag of 6 sticks has 7 sticks in it.

Basically, you pick the long stick and pick two other sticks where sum of both are longer than the first.

you must take out those pairs (a,b,c)
such that a+b for example
1,3,5 is not good since 1+3<5
3,5,11 not good because 3+5<11
you can make a triangle iff the sum of 2 sides is bigger then the third one

haha greyhound
ok i will call it 3-tuple

i dont really know how to start with that question. you said 6 sticks but you gave 7 lengths.

because i have no idea what i'm doing, i'm just gonna take 6 + 7 and minus the 2 points i'll be getting and voila, i'll get 11.

so its (b)
